TDS (Telecom Dispute Settlement and Appellate Tribunal) email setup is a process of configuring your email client to send and receive emails from the TDS email server. Here's a step-by-step guide to set up your TDS email account:

TDS Email Server Settings:

Setting up TDS Email on Popular Email Clients:

1. Outlook:

  1. Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Account.
  2. Click New and select Manual setup or additional server types.
  3. Choose POP or IMAP and click Next.
  4. Enter the following settings:
    • Incoming mail server: mail.tds.co.in
    • Outgoing mail server: mail.tds.co.in
    • User Name: Your TDS email address
    • Password: Your TDS email password
  5. Click Next and then Finish.

2. Gmail:

  1. Open Gmail and go to Settings (gear icon) > See all settings.
  2. Click Accounts and Import > Add a POP3 mail account you own.
  3. Enter the following settings:
    • POP Server: mail.tds.co.in
    • Port: 587
    • Username: Your TDS email address
    • Password: Your TDS email password
  4. Click Add Account.

3. Yahoo Mail:

  1. Open Yahoo Mail and go to Settings (gear icon) > More Settings.
  2. Click Accounts > Add a new email account.
  3. Enter the following settings:
    • Incoming mail server: mail.tds.co.in

    • Username: Your TDS email address

  4. Click Add Account.

4. Mozilla Thunderbird:

  1. Open Thunderbird and go to Tools > Account Settings.
  2. Click Add Mail Account.
  3. Enter the following settings:
    • Incoming mail server: mail.tds.co.in
    • Outgoing mail server: mail.tds.co.in
    • Username: Your TDS email address
    • Password: Your TDS email password
  4. Click Create Account.
