To export emails from Thunderbird, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Exporting emails as EML files

  1. Open Thunderbird and select the folder containing the emails you want to export.
  2. Right-click on the folder and select "Export" from the context menu.
  3. In the "Export" window, select "Export all messages" and choose a location to save the files.
  4. In the "Export format" dropdown menu, select "EML" (Email Message Format).
  5. Click "Export" to start the export process.

Method 2: Exporting emails as MBOX files

  1. Open Thunderbird and select the folder containing the emails you want to export.
  2. Right-click on the folder and select "Export" from the context menu.
  3. In the "Export" window, select "Export all messages" and choose a location to save the files.
  4. In the "Export format" dropdown menu, select "MBOX" (Mailbox Format).
  5. Click "Export" to start the export process.

Method 3: Exporting emails as CSV files

  1. Open Thunderbird and select the folder containing the emails you want to export.

Method 4: Using the "Import/Export" tool
