Thunderbird mail signature

To add a signature to your Thunderbird emails, follow these steps:
- Open Thunderbird and go to the "Account Settings" window by clicking on "Tools" > "Account Settings" or pressing Ctrl + Shift + Q.
- Select the email account you want to add a signature to and click on the "Composition" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Signatures" section and click on the "Edit" button next to "Signature".
- In the "Signature Editor" window, you can type or paste your signature text. You can also use HTML code to format your signature.
- To add a logo or image to your signature, click on the "Insert" button and select "Image" from the dropdown menu. Browse to the location of your image file and select it.
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
- To apply your new signature to all new emails, click on the "OK" button to close the "Account Settings" window.
Alternatively, you can also add a signature to a specific email by following these steps:
- Compose a new email or open an existing one.
- Click on the "Edit" button in the "Compose" window.
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section and click on the "Insert" button.
- Select "Signature" from the dropdown menu.
- Choose the signature you created earlier from the list.
- Click "OK" to apply the signature to the email.
That's it! Your Thunderbird email should now have a signature.
