To add a signature to your Thunderbird emails, follow these steps:

  1. Open Thunderbird and go to the "Account Settings" window by clicking on "Tools" > "Account Settings" or pressing Ctrl + Shift + Q.
  2. Select the email account you want to add a signature to and click on the "Composition" tab.
  3. Scroll down to the "Signatures" section and click on the "Edit" button next to "Signature".
  4. In the "Signature Editor" window, you can type or paste your signature text. You can also use HTML code to format your signature.
  5. To add a logo or image to your signature, click on the "Insert" button and select "Image" from the dropdown menu. Browse to the location of your image file and select it.
  6. Click "OK" to save your changes.
  7. To apply your new signature to all new emails, click on the "OK" button to close the "Account Settings" window.

Alternatively, you can also add a signature to a specific email by following these steps:

  1. Compose a new email or open an existing one.
  2. Click on the "Edit" button in the "Compose" window.
  3. Scroll down to the "Signature" section and click on the "Insert" button.
  4. Select "Signature" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Choose the signature you created earlier from the list.
  6. Click "OK" to apply the signature to the email.

That's it! Your Thunderbird email should now have a signature.
