Track & trace royal mail

Royal Mail's Track and Trace service allows you to track the progress of your parcels and letters. Here's how to use it:

Online Tracking

1. Go to Royal Mail's website: www.royalmail.com
2. Click on "Track a parcel" at the top of the page.
3. Enter your tracking number (also known as a barcode) in the box provided.
4. Click "Track" to see the latest updates on your parcel's journey.

Mobile App

1. Download the Royal Mail app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
2. Open the app and tap "Track a parcel".
3. Enter your tracking number and tap "Track".
4. The app will show you the latest updates on your parcel's journey.

Tracking Information

When you track your parcel, you'll see information such as:

• The current location of your parcel
• The date and time it was scanned
• The status of your parcel (e.g. "In transit", "Delivered", "Out for delivery")
• Any issues or delays with your parcel

Tracking Numbers

Make sure you have the correct tracking number to track your parcel. You can find the tracking number on:

Tips

• Tracking numbers are usually 13 characters long, but can be up to 20 characters long for international parcels.
