Track mail gmail

You want to track a mail sent through Gmail. Here's how you can do it:

Method 1: Using Gmail's Built-in Tracking Feature

  1. Compose a new email in Gmail.
  2. Click on the three vertical dots at the bottom of the compose window.
  3. Select "Insert tracking" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Gmail will add a tracking link to your email. This link will allow the recipient to view the delivery status of your email.
  5. Send the email as you normally would.

Method 2: Using a Third-Party Email Tracking Service

There are several third-party services that offer email tracking features, such as:

  1. Yesware: A popular email tracking service that allows you to track opens, clicks, and responses.
  2. Streak: A CRM tool that also offers email tracking features.
  3. Boomerang: A plugin that allows you to schedule emails and track their delivery status.

To use these services, you'll need to install their browser extensions or plugins, and then follow their instructions to track your emails.

Method 3: Using Gmail's "Delivery Status" Feature

  1. Go to the Gmail settings page.
  2. Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  3. Click on the "Create a new filter" button.
  4. Enter the recipient's email address in the "From" field.
  5. Click on the "Create" button.
  6. In the "Apply the label" dropdown menu, select "Delivery Status".
  7. Click on the "Create" button.

This will add a label to the email that indicates its delivery status. You can then use the "Delivery Status" label to track the email's delivery status.
