Here are the steps to send an email from Troy to Facebook Messenger:

Method 1: Using Facebook's Email-to-Messenger Feature

1. Go to Facebook.com and log in to your account.
2. Click on the "Messages" icon on the top right corner of the page.
3. Click on the "New Message" button.
4. Enter Troy's email address in the "To" field.
5. Type your message in the text box.
6. Click the "Send" button.

Method 2: Using Troy's Email Client

1. Open Troy's email client (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
2. Compose a new email to Troy's Facebook Email Address.
