U of t mail outlook
To access your University of Toronto (U of T) email account using Outlook, follow these steps:
- Go to the University of Toronto's email portal: https://mail.utoronto.ca
- Log in with your U of T email address and password. Your email address is usually in the format of [yourUTORid]@mail.utoronto.ca.
- Once you're logged in, you'll be taken to the Outlook web app. You can use the Outlook web app to access your email, calendar, and contacts.
- To access your email using the Outlook desktop application, you'll need to set up Outlook on your computer. Here's how:
- For Windows:
- Open Outlook and click on "File" > "Add Account".
- Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
- Select "POP or IMAP" and click "Next".
- Enter the following settings:
- Account type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server: mail.utoronto.ca
- Outgoing mail server: mail.utoronto.ca
- User name: yourUTORid
- Password: your password
- Click "Next" and then "Finish".
- For Mac:
- Open Outlook and click on "Outlook" > "Preferences" > "Accounts".
- Click on the "+" button to add a new account.
- Select "IMAP" and click "Continue".
- Enter the following settings:
- Account type: IMAP
- Incoming mail server: mail.utoronto.ca
- Outgoing mail server: mail.utoronto.ca
- User name: yourUTORid
- Password: your password
- Click "Create" and then "OK".
