To access UCL Webmail using Microsoft, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to the UCL Webmail login page: https://webmail.ucl.ac.uk
2. Click on the "Sign in" button
3. Enter your UCL username (in the format of "abc123") and password
4. Click on the "Sign in" button again

Alternatively, you can also access UCL Webmail using Microsoft Outlook:

1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer or mobile device
2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Add Account"
3. Select "Manual setup or additional server types"
4. Choose "POP or IMAP" and click "Next"
5. Enter the following settings:
   • Account type: IMAP
   • Incoming mail server: webmail.ucl.ac.uk
   • Outgoing mail server: webmail.ucl.ac.uk
   • Username: your UCL username (in the format of "abc123")
   • Password: your UCL password
6. Click "Next" and then "Finish"

Note: You may need to configure your email client to use the correct port numbers for incoming and outgoing mail. The default port numbers for UCL Webmail are:

• Incoming (IMAP): 143
• Outgoing (SMTP): 587
