Umkc email sign in outlook
To sign in to your UMKC email account using Outlook, follow these steps:
- Open Outlook on your computer or mobile device.
- Click on the "File" menu and select "Add Account" or "Account Settings" (depending on the version of Outlook you're using).
- Click on "Manual setup or additional server types" and select "POP or IMAP" as the account type.
- Enter the following information:
- Your name: Enter your name as you want it to appear in your email signature.
- Email address: Enter your UMKC email address in the format of [your username]@umkc.edu.
- Password: Enter your UMKC password.
- POP3 Server: Enter "mail.umkc.edu" as the POP3 server.
- Port: Enter "110" as the POP3 port.
- IMAP Server: Enter "mail.umkc.edu" as the IMAP server.
- Port: Enter "143" as the IMAP port.
- Click "Next" to continue.
- You will be prompted to enter your account information again. Enter the same information as before.
- Click "Finish" to complete the setup process.
Alternatively, you can also use the following steps to sign in to your UMKC email account using Outlook:
- Open Outlook on your computer or mobile device.
- Click on the "File" menu and select "Add Account" or "Account Settings" (depending on the version of Outlook you're using).
- Click on "Office 365" or "Exchange" as the account type.
- Enter the following information:
- Your name: Enter your name as you want it to appear in your email signature.
- Email address: Enter your UMKC email address in the format of [your username]@umkc.edu.
- Password: Enter your UMKC password.
- Click "Next" to continue.
- You will be prompted to enter your account information again. Enter the same information as before.
- Click "Finish" to complete the setup process.
