Undo keyboard shortcut gmail

The classic "Undo Send" feature in Gmail!

To undo a sent email in Gmail, you can use the following keyboard shortcut:

Ctrl + Z (Windows) or Command + Z (Mac)

This shortcut will undo the send action and recall the email. Note that this only works if you've sent the email within the past few seconds. If you've sent the email and want to recall it, you can try using the "Undo Send" feature, which is enabled by default in Gmail. Here's how:

  1. Go to your Gmail settings by clicking on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the page.
  2. Click on the "General" tab.
  3. Scroll down to the "Undo Send" section.
  4. Check the box next to "Enable Undo Send" to enable the feature.
  5. Choose the time frame for which you want to be able to recall sent emails (e.g., 5, 10, 15, or 30 seconds).

Once you've enabled Undo Send, you'll see a "Undo" link below each sent email in your Sent folder. Clicking on this link will recall the email and restore it to your draft folder.
