"Unspooled" was a popular email newsletter sent by the New York University (NYU) School of Professional Studies (SPS) to its students, alumni, and faculty. The newsletter was launched in 2004 and was discontinued in 2019.
The newsletter aimed to keep the NYU SPS community informed about the latest news, events, and achievements within the school. It featured articles on various topics, including:
- Student and alumni spotlights: highlighting the accomplishments and achievements of SPS students and alumni.
- Program updates: news and updates about the school's various programs, including new courses, certifications, and specializations.
- Research and scholarship: summaries of research projects, publications, and awards received by SPS faculty and students.

The newsletter was sent out quarterly, and its content was curated by the SPS Marketing and Communications team. If you're an NYU SPS alum or student, you might have fond memories of receiving and reading "Unspooled"!
