Here are the steps to track your certified mail:

Method 1: Online Tracking

1. Go to the USPS website (www.usps.com).
2. Click on "Track & Confirm" at the top of the page.
3. Enter your certified mail tracking number (found on the receipt or the mail piece itself) in the "Track a Package" field.
4. Click "Track" to view the status of your mail.

Method 2: Mobile App

1. Download the USPS Mobile App (available for iOS and Android devices).
2. Open the app and sign in with your USPS account credentials (if you have one).
3. Tap on "Track" at the bottom of the screen.
4. Enter your certified mail tracking number in the "Track a Package" field.
5. Tap "Track" to view the status of your mail.

Method 3: Phone

1. Call the USPS Customer Service number at 1-800-275-8777.
2. Provide the certified mail tracking number to the representative.
3. They will be able to assist you with tracking the status of your mail.

What to Expect
