Uta email login outlook

To log in to your UTA email account using Outlook, follow these steps:

  1. Open Outlook on your computer or mobile device.
  2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Add Account".
  3. Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
  4. Choose "POP or IMAP" and click "Next".
  5. Enter the following information:
    • Your name: Enter your name as you want it to appear in the "From" field of your emails.
    • Email address: Enter your UTA email address (e.g. [yourusername]@uta.edu).
    • Account type: Select "POP" or "IMAP" depending on your preference.
    • Incoming mail server: Enter "mail.uta.edu" (without quotes).
    • Outgoing mail server: Enter "mail.uta.edu" (without quotes).
    • User name: Enter your UTA email address (e.g. [yourusername]@uta.edu).
    • Password: Enter your UTA email password.
  6. Click "Next" and then "Finish" to complete the setup process.

Note: If you are using IMAP, you will need to set up your email client to sync your emails, contacts, and calendar. You can do this by checking the boxes next to "Sync email", "Sync contacts", and "Sync calendar" in the "Account Options" window.
