VUMC Webmail!

Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) uses a web-based email system called Outlook Web App (OWA) for its employees and students. Here's how to access VUMC Webmail:

Accessing VUMC Webmail:

1. Go to the VUMC website at www.vumc.org.
2. Click on the "Employee" or "Student" tab at the top of the page.
3. Click on "Email" from the drop-down menu.
4. Enter your VUMC username and password to log in.
5. You will be redirected to the VUMC Webmail login page.
6. Enter your username and password again to access your email account.

VUMC Webmail Features:

• Access your email from anywhere, at any time, using a web browser.
• Send and receive emails, including attachments and calendar invites.
• Use the calendar feature to schedule appointments and events.
• Set up email filters and rules to manage your inbox.
• Use the "People" feature to find and connect with other VUMC employees and students.

Tips and Tricks:

• Make sure to use your VUMC username and password to log in, as these are case-sensitive.
• If you have trouble accessing your email, try clearing your browser cache and cookies or contacting the VUMC IT Help Desk.
• You can also use the VUMC Mobile App to access your email on-the-go.
