The Army Enterprise Email (AEE) webmail login process is as follows:
Step 1: Access the AEE Webmail Portal
- Go to the Army Enterprise Email (AEE) webmail portal at https://webmail.army.mil.
Step 2: Enter Your CAC or Username and Password
- If you have a Common Access Card (CAC), insert it into your CAC reader and follow the prompts to log in.
- If you don't have a CAC, enter your Army Enterprise Email username and password in the respective fields.
- Make sure to enter your credentials correctly, as incorrect login attempts may result in account lockout.
Step 3: Authenticate with Duo
- After entering your credentials, you will be prompted to authenticate with Duo Security, the Army's two-factor authentication (2FA) system.
- Follow the Duo prompts to complete the 2FA process, which may involve entering a code sent to your phone or using the Duo Mobile app.
Step 4: Access Your Email Inbox
- Once you have successfully logged in and authenticated with Duo, you will be taken to your Army Enterprise Email inbox.
