The webmail system used by the United States Army is called Army Knowledge Online (AKO). It is a web-based email system that allows soldiers to access their email accounts from anywhere with an internet connection.

To access AKO, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the AKO website at www.us.army.mil.
  2. Click on the "Log In" button at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Enter your username and password in the required fields.
  4. Click on the "Log In" button to access your email account.

Note: You will need to have a valid Army email address and password to access AKO.

Alternatively, you can also access AKO through the Army's intranet, known as the Army Enterprise Network (AEN). To access AEN, you will need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the AEN website at www.aen.army.mil.
  2. Click on the "Log In" button at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Enter your username and password in the required fields.
  4. Click on the "Log In" button to access your email account.

Note: You will need to have a valid Army email address and password to access AEN.

It's worth noting that AKO is a secure system, and you will need to follow the Army's security protocols to access your email account. This includes using strong passwords, keeping your account information up to date, and being cautious when clicking on links or downloading attachments from unknown sources.
