Where do you find archived mail in gmail

In Gmail, archived emails are not actually deleted, but rather moved out of your inbox and into an "All Mail" label. This means that you can still access them, but they won't be visible in your inbox unless you specifically look for them.

To find archived emails in Gmail:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the "More" menu at the top of the page, and select "All Mail" from the dropdown menu.
  3. This will take you to a page that shows all of your emails, including archived ones.
  4. You can also use the search bar at the top of the page to search for specific keywords or phrases in your archived emails.
  5. To find archived emails from a specific sender, you can use the "From" label in the search bar. For example, you can type "from:[email protected]" to find all emails from a specific sender.
  6. To find archived emails with a specific subject, you can use the "Subject" label in the search bar. For example, you can type "subject:example" to find all emails with a specific subject.
  7. You can also use the "Has:archived" label in the search bar to find all archived emails.

Alternatively, you can also use the "Archived" label to find archived emails. To do this:

  1. Click on the "More" menu at the top of the page, and select "Labels" from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click on the "Archived" label to view all archived emails.
  3. You can also use the "Archived" label in the search bar to find archived emails.

Note that archived emails are still stored in your Gmail account, and you can always unarchive them if you need to access them again.
