You can also submit the SSA-44 form online through the Social Security Administration's website. To do so, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Social Security Administration's website at www.ssa.gov.
2. Click on the "Apply for Benefits" tab.
3. Select "Report a Change" from the drop-down menu.
4. Follow the prompts to complete the online form.
