Where is gmail archived mail
In Gmail, archived emails are not actually deleted, but rather moved to a special folder called "All Mail" (formerly known as "All Messages"). This folder contains all your emails, including those you've archived, starred, or labeled.
To find archived emails in Gmail:
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "More" menu at the top of the page.
- Select "All Mail" from the dropdown menu.
Alternatively, you can use the search bar at the top of the page to search for archived emails. To do this:
- Type "in:all" in the search bar, followed by your search query (e.g., "in:all from:[email protected]").
- Press Enter to execute the search.
Archived emails will also be included in your search results when you use the search bar without specifying a specific label or folder.
Note that archived emails are still searchable and can be restored to their original labels or folders if needed.
