POP3 Settings:

• Leave messages on server: Yes
• Number of recent messages to keep: 100
• Number of messages to keep on server: 100

SMTP Settings:

• Authentication: TLS
• Username: Your email address (e.g. [yourname]@outlook.com)
• Password: Your email password

Other Settings:

• Send and receive emails: Every 10 minutes
• Send emails using: SMTP
• Receive emails using: POP3
