Method 1: Download all emails using the "Sync" feature

  3. Click on "Accounts" and select the account you want to download emails from.
  4. Click on "Sync" and select "Download all emails" from the dropdown menu.
  5. Wait for the download process to complete.

Method 2: Download all emails using the "Search" feature

  1. Open the Windows Mail app.
  2. Click on the "Search" icon (represented by a magnifying glass) in the top right corner of the app.
  3. Type "is:unread" in the search bar to find all unread emails.
  4. Click on the "Download" button next to each email to download it.
  5. Alternatively, you can use the "Search" feature to find all emails from a specific sender or with a specific subject, and then download them individually.

Method 3: Download all emails using the "Folder" feature

  1. Open the Windows Mail app.
  2. Click on the "Folders" icon (represented by a folder) in the top left corner of the app.
  3. Select the folder you want to download emails from (e.g., "Inbox", "Sent Items", etc.).
  4. Right-click on the folder and select "Download" to download all emails in that folder.
