To download all emails in the Windows Mail app, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Download all emails using the "Sync" feature
- Open the Windows Mail app.

- Click on "Accounts" and select the account you want to download emails from.
- Click on "Sync" and select "Download all emails" from the dropdown menu.
- Wait for the download process to complete.
Method 2: Download all emails using the "Search" feature
- Open the Windows Mail app.
- Click on the "Search" icon (represented by a magnifying glass) in the top right corner of the app.
- Type "is:unread" in the search bar to find all unread emails.
- Click on the "Download" button next to each email to download it.
- Alternatively, you can use the "Search" feature to find all emails from a specific sender or with a specific subject, and then download them individually.
Method 3: Download all emails using the "Folder" feature
- Open the Windows Mail app.
- Click on the "Folders" icon (represented by a folder) in the top left corner of the app.
- Select the folder you want to download emails from (e.g., "Inbox", "Sent Items", etc.).
- Right-click on the folder and select "Download" to download all emails in that folder.
