Windows mail app signature
The Windows Mail app signature!
In the Windows Mail app, you can add a signature to your emails by following these steps:
- Open the Windows Mail app and go to the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top right corner.
- Click on "Accounts" and select the account you want to add a signature to.
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section and toggle the switch to "On".
- Click on the "Edit" button next to "Signature".
- In the "Signature" window, you can type or paste your signature text.
- You can also format your signature text using the available options, such as bold, italic, and font size.
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
Your signature will now be added to the bottom of your emails sent from the Windows Mail app.
Some tips to keep in mind:
- You can use plain text or HTML to format your signature.
- You can include your name, contact information, and any other relevant details you want to include.
- You can also add a logo or image to your signature, but be mindful of the file size and formatting.
- If you have multiple accounts set up in the Windows Mail app, you can add a different signature for each account.
I hope that helps!
