Windows mail app subfolders

In the Windows Mail app, you can create subfolders to organize your emails and make them easier to find. Here's how:

  1. Open the Windows Mail app.
  2. Click on the "Folders" button in the top left corner of the window.
  3. Click on the "New Folder" button.
  4. Enter a name for your new folder and click "OK".
  5. To create a subfolder, right-click on the folder you just created and select "New Folder".
  6. Enter a name for your subfolder and click "OK".
  7. You can continue to create subfolders within subfolders to create a hierarchical structure.

To move emails to a subfolder, follow these steps:

  1. Select the emails you want to move by checking the boxes next to them.
  2. Right-click on the selected emails and select "Move to Folder".
  3. Navigate to the subfolder you want to move the emails to and click "OK".

You can also use the "Drag and Drop" method to move emails to a subfolder:

  1. Select the emails you want to move by checking the boxes next to them.
  2. Drag the selected emails to the subfolder you want to move them to.
