Accessing the Email Alias Management System:
- Log in to the WPI portal using your WPI username and password.
- Click on the "Email" tab.
- Click on "Email Alias Management" from the dropdown menu.
Creating an Email Alias:
- Click on the "Create an Alias" button.
- Enter the desired alias name (e.g., [yourname]@wpi.edu).
- Choose the type of alias you want to create:
- Forwarding alias: forwards emails to your primary WPI email address.
- Catch-all alias: catches all emails sent to the alias, even if they're misspelled.
- Redirect alias: redirects emails to another email address (e.g., a departmental email).
- Click "Create" to create the alias.
Managing Your Email Aliases:
- To view your existing aliases, click on the "Manage Aliases" button.
