A very specific question!
According to the Royal Mail website, if you need to arrange a redelivery of a parcel, you can follow these steps:
- Go to the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com.
- Click on "Track a parcel" at the top of the page.
- Enter your tracking number (found on the parcel or in your email confirmation) and click "Track".
- If your parcel is showing as "Out for delivery" or "Failed to deliver", you can click on the "Redeliver" button.
- Follow the prompts to select a new delivery date and time.
