According to the Royal Mail website, if you need to arrange a redelivery of a parcel, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com.
  2. Click on "Track a parcel" at the top of the page.
  3. Enter your tracking number (found on the parcel or in your email confirmation) and click "Track".
  4. If your parcel is showing as "Out for delivery" or "Failed to deliver", you can click on the "Redeliver" button.
  5. Follow the prompts to select a new delivery date and time.
