According to the Loft website, here are the steps to initiate a return by mail:

Return by Mail

  1. Check if your item is eligible for return: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. However, some items like final sale items, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.
  2. Get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number: Go to the Loft website and click on "My Account" > "Order History" > "Return Item". Fill out the return form and submit it. You will receive an RMA number via email.
  3. Pack the item carefully: Place the item in its original packaging, if possible. Make sure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
  4. Attach the RMA number: Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the item back: Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to send the item back to Loft. The return shipping address is:
