Yahoo mail compose message no contacts

A frustrating issue!

If you're unable to see your contacts when composing a new message in Yahoo Mail, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

  1. Check your contact list: Make sure your contact list is not empty or hidden. You can do this by clicking on the "Contacts" tab on the left side of the Yahoo Mail page. If you don't see any contacts, you may need to add some or import them from another email provider.
  2. Refresh your contact list: Sometimes, a simple refresh can resolve the issue. Try clicking on the "Contacts" tab, then click on the "Refresh" button (looks like a circular arrow) at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Check your contact permissions: Ensure that you have granted permission for Yahoo Mail to access your contacts. To do this, go to your Yahoo Mail settings (gear icon > Settings), then click on "Account" and scroll down to "Permissions". Make sure "Contacts" is set to "Allow".
  4. Clear browser cache and cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can sometimes resolve issues with Yahoo Mail. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then restart your browser and try composing a new message again.
  5. Check for browser extensions: Some browser extensions may interfere with Yahoo Mail's functionality. Try disabling any recently installed extensions and see if the issue resolves.
  6. Try a different browser: If you're using a specific browser, try switching to a different one (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) to see if the issue persists.
  7. Contact Yahoo Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may want to contact Yahoo Support for further assistance. They can help you troubleshoot the problem or provide additional guidance.

I hope one of these steps helps you resolve the issue and get back to composing messages with ease!
