Unfortunately, Yahoo Mail no longer offers a built-in chat feature. However, you can still use other methods to communicate with friends and family who also have Yahoo Mail accounts:
- Yahoo Messenger: Although Yahoo Messenger is no longer available as a standalone app, you can still access it within your Yahoo Mail account. To do this, log in to your Yahoo Mail account, click on the "Contacts" tab, and then click on the "Messenger" button next to a contact's name. This will open a chat window where you can send messages to that contact.
- Yahoo Mail's built-in messaging feature: Yahoo Mail offers a built-in messaging feature that allows you to send and receive messages with other Yahoo Mail users. To access this feature, log in to your Yahoo Mail account, click on the "Compose" button, and select "Message" from the dropdown menu. You can then enter the recipient's email address and compose your message.
- Third-party chat apps: There are many third-party chat apps and services that you can use to communicate with friends and family, such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Skype. You can use these apps to chat with people who also have accounts on those platforms.
