Incoming Mail Server (POP3)

• Server name: pop.mail.yahoo.com
• Port: 995
• Encryption: SSL/TLS
• Username: Your Yahoo Mail address (e.g., [yourname]@yahoo.com)
• Password: Your Yahoo Mail password

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

• Server name: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
• Port: 587
• Encryption: STARTTLS
• Username: Your Yahoo Mail address (e.g., [yourname]@yahoo.com)
• Password: Your Yahoo Mail password

Additional Settings

• Leave a copy of messages on the server: Yes (if you want to keep a copy of your emails on the Yahoo Mail server)
• Remove a copy of messages from the server: No (if you want to delete emails from the Yahoo Mail server after downloading them to Outlook)

Steps to set up Yahoo Mail in Outlook 2016

1. Open Outlook 2016 and go to File > Add Account.
2. Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click Next.
3. Select "POP or IMAP" and click Next.
4. Enter the following information:
   • Your Name: Your name as you want it to appear in the From field of your emails.
