• Server name: pop.mail.yahoo.com
• Port: 995
• Encryption: SSL/TLS
• Username: Your Yahoo Mail address (e.g., [yourname]@yahoo.com)
• Password: Your Yahoo Mail password

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

• Server name: smtp.mail.yahoo.com
• Port: 587
• Encryption: STARTTLS
• Username: Your Yahoo Mail address (e.g., [yourname]@yahoo.com)
• Password: Your Yahoo Mail password

Additional Settings

• Leave a copy of messages on the server: Yes (if you want to keep a copy of your emails on the Yahoo Mail server)
• Remove a copy of messages from the server: No (if you want to delete emails from the Yahoo Mail server after downloading them to Outlook)

Steps to set up Yahoo Mail in Outlook 2019

1. Open Outlook 2019 and go to File > Add Account.
2. Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
3. Select "POP or IMAP" and click "Next".
4. Enter your name, email address, and password, and click "Next".
5. Enter the POP3 settings above and click "Next".
