   • User Name: Your Yahoo email address.

5. Click "Next" and then "Finish".

Outlook 2019 Email Settings:

To set up your Outlook 2019 email account, follow these steps:

1. Open Outlook 2019 and go to File > Add Account.
2. Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
3. Select "Office 365" or "Exchange" and click "Next".
4. Enter the following settings:
   • Your Name: Your name as you want it to appear in the From field.
   • Email Address: Your Outlook email address.
   • Account Type: Exchange
   • Server: outlook.office365.com (or your organization's Exchange server)
   • User Name: Your Outlook email address.
   • Password: Your Outlook email password.
5. Click "Next" and then "Finish".

Additional Tips:

• Make sure to enable IMAP or POP3 in your Yahoo account settings to allow Outlook to access your email.
• If you're using a Yahoo email account with two-factor authentication, you may need to generate an app password to use with Outlook.
