For those who may not know, EliApps is a suite of cloud-based productivity apps provided by Yale University to its students, faculty, and staff. The EliApps mailbox is a part of this suite, offering a convenient and secure way to manage your email and collaborate with others.

Here are some key features of the EliApps mailbox:

  1. Email: You can access your Yale email account through the EliApps mailbox, which is powered by Microsoft Office 365.
  2. Calendar: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events using the calendar feature.
  3. Contacts: Store and manage your contacts, including Yale faculty, staff, and students.
  4. File Sharing: Share files and collaborate with others using OneDrive, a cloud-based storage service.
  5. Microsoft Office Online: Access Microsoft Office Online apps, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  6. Security: The EliApps mailbox is designed with security in mind, featuring robust protection against spam, phishing, and malware.

To access your EliApps mailbox, follow these steps:

  1. Go to elapps.yale.edu and sign in with your Yale NetID and password.
  2. Click on the "Mail" tab to access your email account.
  3. You can also access other EliApps features, such as Calendar, Contacts, and File Sharing, from the top navigation menu.
