Youmail safe mode

YouMail Safe Mode!

YouMail Safe Mode is a feature that allows you to temporarily disable certain features and settings in the YouMail app to troubleshoot issues or prevent unwanted behavior. When you enable Safe Mode, YouMail will:

  1. Disable all custom greetings: Your custom greetings will be replaced with the default YouMail greetings.
  2. Disable all call screening: YouMail will not screen your calls, and all calls will be answered as usual.
  3. Disable all voicemail transcription: YouMail will not transcribe your voicemails, and you will only receive the audio recording.
  4. Disable all call forwarding: YouMail will not forward your calls to other numbers or devices.
  5. Disable all advanced features: Features like call blocking, call whisper, and custom call handling will be disabled.

To enable Safe Mode in YouMail:

  1. Open the YouMail app on your device.
  2. Tap the three horizontal lines () in the top-left corner to access the menu.
  3. Tap "Settings" (or "Account Settings" on some devices).
  4. Scroll down to the "Advanced" section.
  5. Toggle the switch next to "Safe Mode" to the "On" position.

Once you've enabled Safe Mode, you can troubleshoot issues or resolve problems without worrying about custom greetings, call screening, or other advanced features interfering with the process.

Remember to disable Safe Mode when you're done troubleshooting to restore your custom settings and features.
