To set up Zoho Mail with your custom domain, you'll need to update your DNS settings. Here are the steps:
Step 1: Create a Zoho Mail account
If you haven't already, create a Zoho Mail account and set up your domain. You can do this by following these steps:
- Go to the Zoho Mail website and sign up for an account.
- Verify your domain ownership by adding a TXT record to your DNS settings.
- Set up your domain's MX records to point to Zoho Mail's servers.
Step 2: Update your DNS settings
You'll need to update your DNS settings to point to Zoho Mail's servers. You'll need to add the following records:
MX Records
- Priority: 10
- Target: mx.zoho.com
- TTL: 3600
TXT Records
- Record name: @ (or your domain name)
- Record value: v=spf1 a mx include:zoho.com ~all
- TTL: 3600
CNAME Records
- Record name: autodiscover (or your domain name)
- Record value: autodiscover.zoho.com
- TTL: 3600
SRV Records
- Record name: _autodiscover._tcp (or your domain name)
- Record value: 0 5 autodiscover.zoho.com
- TTL: 3600
