Access mail signature apple

To access and edit your email signature on an Apple device, follow these steps:

For iCloud Mail:

  1. Open the Mail app on your Apple device.
  2. Tap on the "Mail" menu at the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Tap on "Preferences" (or "Settings" on an iPhone).
  4. Scroll down to the "Signature" section.
  5. Tap on "Edit" next to "Signature".
  6. Enter your desired signature text in the text field.
  7. You can also add a photo or other elements to your signature by tapping on the "+" icon.
  8. Tap "Done" to save your changes.

For Apple Mail (on Mac):

  1. Open the Mail app on your Mac.
  2. Go to "Mail" > "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Comma).
  3. Click on the "Signatures" tab.
  4. Click on the "Edit" button next to the signature you want to edit.
