Add another email address to apple mail

To add another email address to Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device, follow these steps:

On a Mac:

  1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
  2. Click on "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
  4. Click the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window.
  5. Select "Other Mail Account" from the dropdown menu.
  6. Enter the email address and password for the new account.
  7. Click "Continue" to proceed.
  8. Fill in the required information, such as the account name, email address, and password.
  9. Click "Create" to add the new account.

On an iOS device:

  1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device.
  2. Tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
  3. Tap on "Add Account".
  4. Select "Other" from the list of account types.
  5. Tap "Add Mail Account".
