Add email account iphone incoming mail server
To add an email account on an iPhone and set up the incoming mail server, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Settings
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars".
Step 2: Add a New Account
- Tap on "Add Account" at the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the type of email account you want to add (e.g. Exchange, IMAP, POP).
- Enter your email address and password.
Step 3: Incoming Mail Server

- Password: Enter your email account password.
- Tap "Next" to continue.
Step 5: Verify Account Settings
- Review the account settings to ensure everything is correct.
- Tap "Save" to save the changes.
Step 6: Set Up Mail Client
- The iPhone will now set up the mail client and synchronize your email account.
- You may be prompted to enter additional settings or verify your account information.
That's it! Your iPhone should now be set up to receive incoming mail from your email account.
