Add signature to outlook mail

To add a signature to Outlook mail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Add a signature in Outlook Web App

  1. Log in to your Outlook Web App account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select "View all Outlook settings".
  3. Scroll down to the "Mail" section and click on "Compose and reply".
  4. Under "Signature", click on "Add new signature".
  5. Enter your signature text in the box provided.
  6. You can also add a picture or other elements to your signature by clicking on the "Insert" button.
  7. Click "Save" to save your new signature.

Method 2: Add a signature in Outlook Desktop App

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
  2. Click on "Options" and then select "Mail".
  3. Click on the "Signatures" button.
  4. Click on "New" to create a new signature.
