Adding mail profile windows 10

To add a new mail profile in Windows 10, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mail app: You can find the Mail app on your Start menu or in the Search bar.
  2. Click on the gear icon: In the top right corner of the Mail app, click on the gear icon to open the Settings menu.
  3. Click on "Manage profiles": In the Settings menu, click on "Manage profiles" from the left-hand menu.
  4. Click on "Add a profile": In the Manage profiles window, click on the "Add a profile" button.
  5. Enter a name for the profile: Enter a name for the new profile, such as "Work" or "Personal".
  6. Choose a profile type: You can choose from two profile types:
    • "Internet email": This type of profile is used for email accounts that use a POP3 or IMAP protocol.
    • "Exchange": This type of profile is used for email accounts that use Microsoft Exchange Server.
  7. Enter your email account settings: Enter your email account settings, such as your email address, password, and server settings.
  8. Click "Next": Click the "Next" button to continue.
  9. Set up your email account: Follow the prompts to set up your email account, including setting up your inbox, sent items, and other folders.
  10. Click "Finish": Click the "Finish" button to complete the setup process.

Your new mail profile is now set up and ready to use. You can switch between profiles by clicking on the profile icon in the top right corner of the Mail app and selecting the profile you want to use.
