Additional Settings:

  1. Make sure to enable IMAP in your Outlook account settings. You can do this by going to the Outlook web app, clicking on your profile picture, and selecting View all Outlook settings. Then, navigate to Mail > Accounts and toggle the IMAP switch to the On position.
  2. If you're using two-factor authentication (2FA) with your Outlook account, you may need to generate an app password and use it instead of your regular password in Apple Mail.

After setting up your Outlook account in Apple Mail, you should be able to access your Outlook emails, contacts, and calendar events.
