The W-7 form, also known as the Application for IRS Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), is used to apply for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Here's the address to mail the completed W-7 form:

Note:
- Make sure to sign the form and include all required documentation, such as proof of identity and foreign status.
