Airmail mailing list
Airmail is a popular email client for macOS, and it also has a mailing list feature that allows you to manage and organize your email subscriptions. Here's how to use the airmail mailing list feature:
Creating a Mailing List
- Open Airmail and go to the "Mailboxes" tab.
- Click on the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window.
- Select "Mailing List" from the dropdown menu.
- Enter a name for your mailing list and click "Create".
Adding Subscriptions
- Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
- Click on the "Add Subscription" button.
- Enter the email address of the subscription you want to add.
- You can also add a name and notes for the subscription if you want.
Managing Subscriptions
- Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
- You can see a list of all your subscriptions in the main window.
- You can filter the subscriptions by using the search bar at the top of the window.
- You can also use the "Mark as Read" and "Mark as Unread" buttons to mark individual subscriptions as read or unread.
Unsubscribing
- Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
- Select the subscription you want to unsubscribe from.
- Click on the "Unsubscribe" button.
Merging Subscriptions
- Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
- Select the subscriptions you want to merge.
- Click on the "Merge" button.
Deleting Subscriptions
- Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
- Select the subscription you want to delete.
- Click on the "Delete" button.
Exporting Subscriptions
- Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
- Click on the "Export" button.
- Choose the format you want to export the subscriptions in (e.g. CSV, JSON).
Importing Subscriptions
- Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
- Click on the "Import" button.
- Choose the format you want to import the subscriptions from (e.g. CSV, JSON).
