Airmail mailing list

Airmail is a popular email client for macOS, and it also has a mailing list feature that allows you to manage and organize your email subscriptions. Here's how to use the airmail mailing list feature:

Creating a Mailing List

  1. Open Airmail and go to the "Mailboxes" tab.
  2. Click on the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window.
  3. Select "Mailing List" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Enter a name for your mailing list and click "Create".

Adding Subscriptions

  1. Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
  2. Click on the "Add Subscription" button.
  3. Enter the email address of the subscription you want to add.
  4. You can also add a name and notes for the subscription if you want.

Managing Subscriptions

  1. Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
  2. You can see a list of all your subscriptions in the main window.
  3. You can filter the subscriptions by using the search bar at the top of the window.
  4. You can also use the "Mark as Read" and "Mark as Unread" buttons to mark individual subscriptions as read or unread.

Unsubscribing

  1. Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
  2. Select the subscription you want to unsubscribe from.
  3. Click on the "Unsubscribe" button.

Merging Subscriptions

  1. Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
  2. Select the subscriptions you want to merge.
  3. Click on the "Merge" button.

Deleting Subscriptions

  1. Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
  2. Select the subscription you want to delete.
  3. Click on the "Delete" button.

Exporting Subscriptions

  1. Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
  2. Click on the "Export" button.
  3. Choose the format you want to export the subscriptions in (e.g. CSV, JSON).

Importing Subscriptions

  1. Go to the "Mailing List" tab and select the mailing list you created.
  2. Click on the "Import" button.
  3. Choose the format you want to import the subscriptions from (e.g. CSV, JSON).
