Apple mail create signature

To create a signature in Apple Mail, follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Mail app on a Mac

  1. Open the Mail app on your Mac.
  2. Click on "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Comma).
  3. Click on the "Signatures" tab.
  4. Click the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window to create a new signature.
  5. Enter your name and any other information you'd like to include in your signature.
  6. You can also add a photo or logo to your signature by clicking the "Image" button.
  7. Click "OK" to save your new signature.

Method 2: Using the Mail app on an iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap the "Mail" icon in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Tap "Settings" (represented by a gear icon).
