Apple mail how to delete multiple emails

To delete multiple emails in Apple Mail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Selecting multiple emails and deleting them

  1. Open Apple Mail and select the inbox or folder that contains the emails you want to delete.
  2. Hold down the Command (⌘) key on your keyboard while clicking on each email you want to delete. This will select multiple emails at once.
  3. Once you've selected all the emails you want to delete, right-click (or control-click) on one of the selected emails and choose "Move to Trash" from the context menu.
  4. Alternatively, you can also use the "Edit" menu and select "Move to Trash" from the drop-down menu.

Method 2: Using the "Select All" feature

  1. Open Apple Mail and select the inbox or folder that contains the emails you want to delete.
