Syncing Local Folders:

Local folders are specific to your Mac or iOS device and are not synced with your iCloud or Exchange account. If you want to sync your local folders with your account, you can use the "Sync" feature in Apple Mail.

  1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device.
  2. Click on the "Mail" menu and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Comma).
  3. Click on the "Accounts" tab.
  4. Select the account you want to sync with.
  5. Click on the "Sync" tab.
  6. Select the "Sync local folders" checkbox.
  7. Choose the frequency of the sync (e.g., every 15 minutes, every hour, etc.).
  8. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Note that syncing local folders may not be available for all accounts, and the sync frequency may vary depending on your account type and settings.
