Apple mail send email later

In Apple Mail, you can schedule an email to be sent at a later time using the "Send Later" feature. Here's how:

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top right corner of the window.
  3. Instead of clicking "Send Now", click on the dropdown menu next to "Send" and select "Send Later".
  4. Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent from the calendar that appears.
  5. Click "Schedule" to confirm the send time.

The email will be saved in your Outbox and will be sent automatically at the scheduled time. You can also cancel the send time by clicking on the "Cancel" button.

Note: The "Send Later" feature is only available in Apple Mail on Mac. If you're using Apple Mail on iOS or iPadOS, you can use the "Delay Send" feature instead. To do this, tap the "Send" button and then tap "Delay Send" from the menu that appears. Choose the delay time and the email will be sent at the specified time.
