Apple mail stationary location

A blast from the past!

In Apple Mail, the "Stationery" feature allows you to add a custom background image, font, and layout to your emails. Here's how to find the Stationery location:

For macOS:

  1. Open Apple Mail.
  2. Click on "Mail" in the top menu bar and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Comma).
  3. Click on the "Composing" tab.
  4. Scroll down to the "Stationery" section.
  5. Click on the "Choose Stationery" button.
  6. In the "Stationery" window, click on the "Location" dropdown menu.
  7. The default location is usually /Library/Stationery. You can also choose other locations, such as your user directory (~/Library/Stationery).

For iOS:

  1. Open the Mail app.
  2. Tap on the "Mail" icon in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Tap on "Settings" (represented by a gear icon).
  4. Scroll down and tap on "Mail".
  5. Tap on "Stationery".
  6. Tap on "Location" to view the default location, which is usually ~/Library/Mail/Stationery.

Note that the Stationery location may vary depending on your system configuration and preferences.
