Apple mail take sender off junk list

The frustration of dealing with spam emails!

To remove a sender from the Junk Mail list in Apple Mail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the Junk Mail filter

  1. Open Apple Mail and select the email from the sender you want to remove from the Junk Mail list.
  2. Right-click (or Control-click) on the email and select "Mark as Not Junk" from the context menu.
  3. Alternatively, you can also select the email and go to "Message" > "Mark as Not Junk" from the menu bar.

Method 2: Using the Junk Mail preferences

  1. Open Apple Mail and go to "Mail" > "Preferences" from the menu bar.
  2. Click on the "Junk Mail" tab.
  3. Click on the "Edit" button next to "Junk Mail Filtering".
  4. In the "Junk Mail Filtering" window, select the sender's email address from the list and click the "Remove" button.
  5. Click "OK" to save the changes.

Method 3: Using the "Not Junk" button

  1. Open Apple Mail and select the email from the sender you want to remove from the Junk Mail list.
  2. Click on the "Not Junk" button in the top-right corner of the email window.

After using any of these methods, the sender's emails should no longer be marked as Junk Mail. However, if you're still receiving spam emails from the same sender, you may want to consider reporting them as spam or marking them as "Not Junk" to help improve Apple Mail's junk mail filtering algorithm.
