Method 1: Using the "Archive" button
- Open Apple Mail and select the email account you want to archive emails from.
- Select the emails you want to archive by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click on the "Archive" button in the toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + A.
- The selected emails will be moved to the "Archive" folder.
