Archived emails in zoho mail
Zoho Mail allows you to archive emails to keep them organized and out of your inbox. Here's how to archive emails in Zoho Mail:
Method 1: Archiving individual emails
- Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
- Open the email you want to archive.
- Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the email.
- Select "Archive" from the dropdown menu.
Method 2: Archiving multiple emails
- Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
- Select the emails you want to archive by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click on the "More" dropdown menu at the top of the email list.
- Select "Archive" from the dropdown menu.
Method 3: Archiving emails using filters
- Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
- Go to the "Settings" icon () at the top right corner of the page.
- Click on "Filters" from the dropdown menu.
- Create a new filter or edit an existing one.
- Set the filter criteria to archive emails based on specific conditions (e.g., sender, subject, etc.).
- Click "Save" to apply the filter.
Viewing archived emails
- Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
- Click on the "More" dropdown menu at the top of the email list.
- Select "Archived" from the dropdown menu.
- You will see a list of all archived emails.
Restoring archived emails
- Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
- Click on the "More" dropdown menu at the top of the email list.
- Select "Archived" from the dropdown menu.
- Select the email you want to restore.
- Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the email.
- Select "Unarchive" from the dropdown menu.
Note: Archiving emails in Zoho Mail does not delete them permanently. You can restore archived emails at any time.
