Archived emails in zoho mail

Zoho Mail allows you to archive emails to keep them organized and out of your inbox. Here's how to archive emails in Zoho Mail:

Method 1: Archiving individual emails

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Open the email you want to archive.
  3. Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the email.
  4. Select "Archive" from the dropdown menu.

Method 2: Archiving multiple emails

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Select the emails you want to archive by checking the boxes next to them.
  3. Click on the "More" dropdown menu at the top of the email list.
  4. Select "Archive" from the dropdown menu.

Method 3: Archiving emails using filters

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Go to the "Settings" icon () at the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click on "Filters" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Create a new filter or edit an existing one.
  5. Set the filter criteria to archive emails based on specific conditions (e.g., sender, subject, etc.).
  6. Click "Save" to apply the filter.

Viewing archived emails

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Click on the "More" dropdown menu at the top of the email list.
  3. Select "Archived" from the dropdown menu.
  4. You will see a list of all archived emails.

Restoring archived emails

  1. Log in to your Zoho Mail account.
  2. Click on the "More" dropdown menu at the top of the email list.
  3. Select "Archived" from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select the email you want to restore.
  5. Click on the three dots at the top right corner of the email.
  6. Select "Unarchive" from the dropdown menu.

Note: Archiving emails in Zoho Mail does not delete them permanently. You can restore archived emails at any time.
